Whatever it takes
Customer satisfaction is the main driver for every decision we make: it takes priority over any gain, long or short term. We strive to make every single customer happy, even if it requires going the extra mile.
Just do it
We are quick to move from word to action, especially in taking calculated risks. It is better to make mistakes while solving a problem rather than to not do anything at all.
Take ownership
Everyone is the owner of their work. We feel the responsibility of what we do, as each owner holds ultimate accountability for their project
Disagree and commit
We challenge decisions when we disagree, even if doing so is uncomfortable. Once a decision is determined, though, we fully commit. “I told you so” is not part of our vocabulary.
In data we trust
Our non-reversible decisions are grounded in facts: we don’t act on hunches, but on data. We let data lead us, not the other way around.
Search for growth
We actively ask for feedback: we strive to learn as much as possible from one another, no matter the job title. Everything can be a moment for growth, especially something that didn’t go as planned.
